Common Faults & Diagnosis
  1. Slow operation when hot, weak digging: Worn valve plate, cylinder, or piston slipper; excessive internal leakage caused by oil contamination.
  2. Engine bogging under heavy load: Stuck or worn regulator servo parts; abnormal power control.
  3. Pump squeal & vibration: Suction air leak, blocked filter (cavitation), or damaged bearing.
  4. Low pressure & poor combined action: Worn servo valve or stuck regulator spool.
  5. Seal leakage: Aged seals, housing defects, or damaged mating surfaces.
Important: Metal powder in the oil indicates severe wear. Clean the oil circuit and replace filters when changing the pump.

  1. Confirm the part number — it is not interchangeable with other models.
  2. Available Options
    • Original new: Reliable, high cost, long lead time.
    • OEM new: Cost-effective for export; ask for a pressure test report.
    • Rebuilt: Budget choice; confirm warranty terms.
