Excavator Komatsu PC2000-8 Hydraulic Swivel Joint Assembly Part No. 703-15-00131
Product Overview

This hydraulic swivel joint assembly enables continuous hydraulic oil supply while allowing the upper structure to rotate freely, protecting hydraulic hoses from twisting damage.

Design Features
  • Spindle fixed to undercarriage with separate internal oil passages for left travel, right travel, and other circuits
  • Housing rotates together with upper structure
  • Each oil passage is isolated by seals to prevent cross-leakage
  • Hydraulic oil flows from fixed spindle passages into housing passages to main control valve on upper deck
  • Drain channel returns minor leaked oil back to hydraulic tank
Key Function: Enables continuous hydraulic oil supply while upper house rotates freely and protects hoses from twisting damage.
Common Failure Mode
Worn internal seals cause cross leakage, resulting in weak one-side travel and excavator pulling to one side.
