PC200-8K twin axial variable displacement main piston pump. Front and rear pumps are integrated into one housing and directly driven by engine flywheel. Equipped with Komatsu CLSS Closed Center Load Sensing System (HydrauMind hydraulic intelligent system). Compatible with part numbers: 708-2L-00700, 708-2L-01700, 708-2L-41230.

• Weak operation when hot: Wear of pistons and valve plate reduces volumetric efficiency and causes high-pressure internal leakage. Hydraulic oil contamination is the primary trigger.
• Engine lugging & speed drop: Stuck or misadjusted PC power valve, one of dual EPC solenoid stuck or failed, pump absorbed power exceeds engine output.
• Slow whole machine movement: Damaged coil or stuck spool of EPC solenoid valve; stuck LS valve spool; worn internal pump parts.
• Abnormal noise & vibration: Blocked suction filter, air ingress in suction pipe causing cavitation; damaged bearing or piston & shoe.
• Large case drain flow: Internal wear causes high-pressure oil internal leakage out of pump case drain port.
