Weak movement when hot: Caused by wear of pistons and valve plate reducing volumetric efficiency. Primary trigger is hydraulic oil contamination.
Engine lugging & speed drop: Results from misadjustment or stuck spool of PC power valve, EPC solenoid malfunction, or pump displacement issues causing excessive power absorption.
Slow movement of whole machine: Typically due to clogged or damaged EPC solenoid valve coil, stuck LS valve spool, or worn internal pump parts leading to insufficient flow.
Abnormal noise & vibration: Caused by blocked suction filter, air entering suction pipe (cavitation), damaged pump bearing, or broken piston and shoe.
Large case drain flow: Internal pump wear causes high-pressure oil internal leakage, flowing out from pump case drain port.
