Control valves for large excavators. Compatible with Komatsu PC3000 and PC4000 models.

Common Failures & Diagnostics
  • Single function weak or slow movement: Caused by worn spool, overload relief valve, or pressure compensator.
  • Boom/arm drift: Test cylinder seals first, then inspect anti-drift valves.
  • All functions slow & low pressure: Check main relief valve, LS bypass valve, and unloading valve.
  • Jerky combined operation: Metal contamination, stuck pressure compensator, or LS shuttle valve.
  • External oil leakage between valve stacks: Failed O-rings.
  • High hydraulic oil temperature: Severe internal leakage or continuous relief.
Important: This is a heavy mining sectional CLSS valve. Pressure testing is mandatory before ordering valve assembly to avoid misdiagnosis.
