Common Faults & Solutions
  • Spool and Valve Bore Wear
    Symptoms: Weak digging force; performance worsens when hot; boom/arm cylinder drifts; high hydraulic oil temperature
    Cause: Dirty hydraulic oil scratches spool and valve bore
  • Stuck Spool
    Symptoms: Heavy joystick, delayed boom, arm, bucket and travel action; no movement if spool stuck at neutral
    Cause: Oil contamination, oil sludge, damaged return spring
  • Main Relief Valve & Pressure Compensator Failure
    Symptoms: Low digging pressure, pressure fluctuation, whistling noise; poor coordination of combined actions
    Cause: Worn valve spool, fatigued spring, clogged damping orifice
  • O-Ring Damage
    Symptoms: Oil seepage between valve plates and end covers
    Cause: Aged sealing rings, loose bolts, air suction leading to cavitation
  • LS Shuttle Valve and Orifice Blockage
    Symptoms: Abnormal LS signal pressure, poor matching between pump and valve, high fuel consumption and overheating
    Cause: Fine impurities block the load-sensing oil passage
  • Holding Valve Seal Failure
    Symptoms: Boom and arm sink slowly, more serious under heavy load
    Cause: Dirt or wear on the sealing surface of holding valve
  • Proportional Solenoid Valve Malfunction
    Symptoms: Action unstable, limited power, fault code appears
    Cause: Coil aging, stuck spool, poor wiring connector contact
  • Valve Block Cracking
    Symptoms: Sudden heavy oil leakage, unable to build hydraulic pressure
    Cause: Long-term pressure impact, uneven bolt tightening torque, casting defects
