Verify OEM part number and confirm valve assembly compatibility with complete boom, arm, bucket, and travel spool sections
Ensure new or remanufactured valves include hydraulic bench test reports covering pressure, flow, and internal leakage for each section
For remanufactured valves, confirm spools are new or honed and repaired, with replacement of all O-rings, relief valves, check valves, pressure compensators, and LS shuttle valves
Inspect valve block for cracks upon arrival and protect oil ports to prevent dirt contamination
Secure the valve during transportation to avoid impact damage to ports and precision spools
Clean hydraulic tank and pipelines before installation, replace all hydraulic filters, and bleed air from the system
Test boom, arm, bucket, travel movement, cylinder drift, and system relief pressure after installation
