Excavator Komatsu PC120-6 PC110-6 PC130-7 PC100-6 Swing Motor Assembly (Slew Drive)
Complete swing assembly including upper hydraulic swing motor and lower planetary reducer. Compatible with part numbers: 203-26-00123, 203-26-00150, 706-73-01181, 706-73-01180.
Assembly Components
  • Hydraulic Swing Motor: Fixed axial piston motor with cylinder barrel, pistons, shoes, and valve plate
  • Built-in Valve Block: Includes overload relief valve, anti-reverse cushion valve, and makeup check valve
  • Built-in Wet Parking Brake: Multi friction discs, spring-applied, hydraulically released
  • Two-Stage Planetary Reducer: Sun gear, planet gears, carrier, ring gear and heavy-duty bearings for speed reduction & torque amplification
  • Output Pinion Gear: Meshes with slewing bearing ring gear to rotate upper house
  • Complete housing, oil seals, and sealing components
Troubleshooting & Maintenance
  • Minor Faults: Clean valve block, replace swing motor seal kit, lap spool surface
  • Major Damage: Replace motor head or complete swing assembly for scored piston/valve plate or heavily worn planetary gears
  • Pre-Installation Check: Verify slewing bearing for jamming before installation
