Common Faults & Troubleshooting
  • Weak swing movement: Caused by worn piston and valve plate internal leakage, stuck cushion valve or faulty overload relief valve. Measure swing pressure and drain flow for diagnosis.
  • Slow swing speed: Excessive motor internal leakage, insufficient pilot pressure or stuck control valve.
  • Jerky swing and rebound stop: Stuck or worn anti-reverse cushion valve, contaminated hydraulic oil and unstable brake performance.
  • Brake slip / free rotation on slope: Worn brake friction discs, fatigued brake springs or seized brake piston.
  • Abnormal metal noise: Worn bearings, pitted or broken planetary gears and metal debris in gear oil.
  • Oil leakage: Aged shaft seals, scratched shaft surface and damaged gaskets.
  • High motor temperature: Severe internal leakage and continuous throttling from faulty cushion valve.
