Procurement Guidelines
When purchasing this assembly, confirm it is an integrated assembly of fan piston pump plus rear auxiliary gear pump. The auxiliary pump is tandem mounted; purchasing the main pump separately is not acceptable. Verify part number 708-1U-00200.
  1. For new or remanufactured pumps, bench testing is mandatory. Test pressure, flow and case drain leakage of the fan pump, as well as output control pressure of the auxiliary gear pump, with official test report provided.
  2. For remanufactured units, verify full replacement of pistons, slippers and valve plate; confirm gears and bushings of auxiliary gear pump replaced; performance test for regulator and proportional solenoid valve.
  3. Inspect all port seals and shaft seals before delivery. Implement dust protection during transportation to prevent contaminants entering the pump.
  4. Clean hydraulic tank and pipelines before installation, replace hydraulic filter elements and fully bleed air from circuit to avoid cavitation damage to new pump.
  5. Prioritize verification of fan reverse function. This machine's radiator is easy to accumulate dust; reverse blowing is a key function.
