Common Faults & Symptoms
  • Abnormal pump noise: Worn pistons & slippers, scratched valve plate; air ingress in suction line, contaminated hydraulic oil
  • Insufficient output pressure: Internal leakage caused by worn piston assembly and aged seals; faulty pressure regulator
  • Slow movement: Reduced volumetric efficiency and insufficient flow; clogged filter element, excessive suction resistance
  • Abnormally high oil temperature: Heavy internal leakage and increased friction; wrong hydraulic oil grade or deteriorated oil
